Shipping Information
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $150.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days. Calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Calculated at checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on all unused, unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that show signs of field use, dirt, or damage will not be accepted for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@silanitecamp.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
