We build our equipment to withstand the rigors of the backcountry. Silanite Camp guarantees every product we make to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at contact@silanitecamp.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the defect
- A brief description of how the damage occurred
Product Care Instructions
Tents
Never machine wash or machine dry your tent. Use a sponge with warm water and mild, non-detergent soap to gently clean dirty areas. Always ensure your tent is completely bone-dry before storing it to prevent mildew and polyurethane delamination.
Sleeping Bags
Store your sleeping bag uncompressed in the provided cotton storage sack or hanging in a closet. Only use the compression sack when traveling. When washing is necessary, use a front-loading machine on a gentle cycle with a dedicated down or synthetic wash. Dry thoroughly on low heat, using clean tennis balls to break up clumps of insulation.
